What we collect
When you contact us through our form, by email or on WhatsApp, we collect what you send: your name, company, email, phone (optional), meeting preference and your message.
Why we use it
To answer your request, ship samples, arrange meetings, prepare quotes, and manage our business relationship if you become a customer.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use service providers we need to run our business: email hosting, our form service (Web3Forms), Cloudflare (hosting) and couriers for samples. We are based in Türkiye, so your information is processed outside the United States.
If you message us on WhatsApp, a digital assistant may answer first and our team sees the whole conversation. This uses Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Dualhook (message routing), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Anthropic (the AI model that writes the assistant's replies). You can ask for a person at any time.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact; customer records as long as the law requires.
